Supports Program
What is the Supports Program?
The NJ DDD Supports Program, which will provide needed supports and services (i.e., therapies, community based supports, prevocational training, etc.) for individuals 21 years and older, living with their families or in unlicensed homes.
Eligibility Criteria
For enrollment in either the Supports Program or Community Care Program, an individual must be:
